In accordance with Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of goods. During this period, he may return to BERRYCAT COMPANY products supplied provided they are still in their original packaging and are in perfect condition.

Damaged items, dirty or incomplete will not be taken, as well as books and software whose packaging has been damaged.

Any amount paid by the customer will be returned by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer or by check within 14 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
